Yes, absolutely. Our propietery framework, RIVO, allows us to audit and grounds-up redesign as well leverage analytics to monitor and make iterative upgrades an existing product.
Design services are subjective by nature. To ensure we align on the right design direction upfront, we present moodboards and visual concepts to get your go-ahead on the direction before commiting it as the theme for the full project. You can request additional moodboards/concepts to explore different design directions based on your plan. Once a direction is aligned, any iteration of the same will be debited from your plan.
UX covers user flows, wireframes, and information architecture. UI covers the visual layer, typography, color, and component design. Most engagements use both together.
